Heather Gray is a 500+ hr certified instructor, which includes reformer, cadillac, mat, bosu, trigger point, barre, TRX, and much more!
Heather has been doing Pilates for over 8 years, teaching for 3, and has managed a Pilates studio for 7. Heather is excited to start this new adventure at The Pilates Studio here in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Our studio is a welcoming and supportive space where you can focus on your practice. We have a variety of equipment and classes to meet your needs. There are 4 reformers to a class so you get more of a private training feel, without the private training cost.
